Great location and amazing food. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had and the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the ski fields was also convenient and saved us a lot of time. The rooms were cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway.
The cost of drinks was really expensive and there were no vending machines with cold drinks. We thought it would be fun to chat with other guests and have a drink in the lounge, but there was nobody there.

Located in a convenient spot, close enough to the village, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the bathroom could do with more cleaning. Breakfast included a limited variety of food, but it was tasty. the shuttle van was a plus and the staff was friendly.
The in-house restaurant and bar were overpriced.

Spent Easter in a cozy hotel in Japan and it was amazing. Friendly staff, free shuttle services to nearby ski slopes, and delicious cuisine were some of the highlights. the hotel location was ideal, close enough to restaurants and shopping but far enough to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment. the room was cozy and had all necessary amenities. There was an onsen on site, perfect for winding down after a long day of skiing. And the breakfast provided was varied and tasty, with options for all tastes.
That during peak season, some restaurants in the vicinity were fully booked, which limited dining options. the wifi could have been stronger and faster.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled down the hill into the village, providing a peaceful and quiet retreat. The service was exceptional, with a car hire service available for convenient pick up and drop off at the mountains and ski rental. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when we had troubles with our card and ski equipment. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great TV setup and even Netflix connected. We also appreciated the option of having a bed instead of a futon, while still maintaining the traditional futon aesthetic. The breakfast provided was superb, and we also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, Mimi, which was beyond excellent.
We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
